Dr. Kristina Drudik

Psychologist and Neuropsychologist

Kristina is a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist, who specializes in providing individual therapy and comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to adolescents and adults. She provides services in English and French.

Kristina’s therapeutic approach is evidence-based, integrative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. She aims to guide clients toward a deeper understanding of the underlying factors contributing to their challenges, while also equipping them with effective strategies for managing distress. Her approach to therapy is collaborative and prioritizes empathy and a strong therapeutic relationship. This fosters a supportive and non-judgmental space, where people can feel safe to explore their emotions and personal needs, ultimately leading to meaningful and lasting change.

Kristina also provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations assessing cognitive, behavioural, and emotional functioning. Assessments provide meaningful insights into the nature of a person’s difficulties, empowering them to improve daily functioning through targeted recommendations. She conducts evaluations for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, giftedness, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with a particular focus on supporting women whose clinical profiles are often misunderstood. She also specializes in the assessment of mild traumatic brain injuries (concussions and post-concussive syndrome), and neurodegenerative conditions including mild cognitive impairment and dementia (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and mixed dementia).
