Patricia Urbina
As a life coach, I draw inspiration from the innate wisdom and resilience within each individual. Believing deeply in the power of transformation, I integrate evidence-based strategies to empower clients on their personal journeys towards growth and fulfillment. My approach is rooted in fostering self-awareness, cultivating strengths, and guiding practical steps that align with clients’ aspirations, values and goals. I have honed my skills in both cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral techniques as well as mindfulness.
I am a couples coach trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2), supporting couples in navigating relational challenges through grounded, solution-focused coaching. My work focuses on teaching practical communication skills, effective conflict management, and intentional repair strategies that strengthen connection and trust.
I work with married couples, partners, blended families, and co-parenting dynamics, helping individuals and couples build clarity, emotional awareness, and collaborative problem-solving skills. My approach is structured, compassionate, and skill-based, empowering couples to create healthier patterns and more resilient relationships.
