Zein Mallouk
Intern-Psychologist
In the practice of psychology, having a better understanding of our emotions and behaviors is a key factor in change. I strive to build a trustworthy therapeutic rapport with my clients within a clinical setting. To do so, I work to create a non-judgmental and safe space to facilitate processing and understanding my clients’ emotions and behaviors. To help my clients achieve their goals and manage their symptoms, my main objective is to implement an integrative approach through the biopsychosocial model, which considers the role of biological, psychological, and social factors in the manifestation of our overall health.
Research has proven that integrative approaches are comprehensive and holistic in the understanding and treatment of the root cause of illnesses. As such, I aspire to adopt an eclectic model by drawing from several evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help my clients meet their psychological needs and enjoy better mental health and well-being.
