Myriam Cader
Psychotherapist
My medical background brought me to foster a non-judgmental, egalitarian, and collaborative relationship with clients. I acknowledge the uniqueness of all experiences and believe clients to be experts of their life. I have an eclectic approach that is mainly based on rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), but I also have existentialist values that bring me to question meanings behind thoughts and choices. Finally, I use mindfulness techniques and acceptance and commitment therapy to generate a positive climate of awareness, acceptance, warmth, and change.
