Jessy Mota
Counselor
I strive to help individuals dealing with symptoms that impede their daily functions and inhibit them from leading the life we all deserve. The values I work by are professionalism, creating a safe space, client-therapist collaboration, and caring. I use a range of techniques, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to Person-Centered therapy, while using evidence-based methodologies and interventions. My goal is to ensure that my clients and I are developing a strong therapeutic relationship by building trust and readjusting when needed while reaching their goals.
