Catherine Kuzak
Counselor
As a counsellor, my aim is to help you make sense of what has been keeping you stuck, put words to your experiences, break difficulties down into something more manageable, and clarify what the next best step looks like.
I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges related to mood, stress management, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including CBT, mindfulness, anger management, and emotion regulation, together, we will collaborate to create practical tools and insights that resonate with you.
My style is warm, dynamic, curious, and non-judgmental. I pay close attention not only to the outcome someone hopes to achieve, but also to the experiences that shape the process along the way. I believe that well-being does not look the same for everyone. Each person brings their own strengths, values, and goals, which deserve to be understood with care and cultivated in ways that support meaningful change.
