Christelle Houeiss
Counselor
As a counselor, I offer individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, acknowledging and addressing the unique needs and differences of each client. Through supportive and authentic guidance, I aim to help clients meet their goals, address their needs, and enhance self-awareness by creating a safe space for them to share their thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
In sessions, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore patterns of thinking, behavior, and relationships, promoting meaningful change. I also incorporate mindfulness and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation and present-moment awareness. In my work with couples, I draw on systemic therapy approaches to better understand relational dynamics and foster deeper connection and communication.
