Zachary Séguin
Counselor
As a counsellor, I provide individual sessions to adolescents and adults, recognizing that each client brings unique experiences, perspectives, strengths, and challenges to the therapeutic process. Through a collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental approach, I strive to create a safe space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I believe that every client has the capacity to reach their full potential and that therapy can play a valuable role in optimizing both mental health and personal performance. My experience includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addiction, performance-related challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
In sessions, I use an eclectic and evidence-based approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. I emphasize psychoeducation, practical problem-solving, and skill development, helping clients build practical tools they can apply outside of sessions to create meaningful improvements in their daily lives. Sessions are both supportive and active, with a focus on fostering self-awareness, resilience, and tangible progress.
